Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive supply chain and operations experience, with 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Hands-on experience in demand and supply planning, inventory management, and warehouse/fulfillment operations.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end supply chain functions balancing inventory, capacity, service levels, and costs.
• Experience managing third-party logistics (3PL) providers, vendor performance, and contracts.
• Strong background in forecasting, inventory optimization, budgeting, and cost management.
• Experience leading managers or cross-functional teams and driving operational improvements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, analytics, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-endSupply Chain and Operations across demand/supply planning, inventory mgmt, warehousing, order fulfi llment, and logistics performance.
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies for optimal inventory availability and cost efficiency.
• Oversee demand forecasting, planning, inventory optimization, and replenishment to support business needs.
• Drive warehouse/fulfillment performance by managing 3PLs and external partners.
• Manage supplier and logistics partnerships, including negotiations and service delivery.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Finance and other stakeholders to align forecasts, investments, and priorities.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for forecast accuracy, inventory health, fulfillment, service levels, and costs.
• Lead budgeting, cost-to-serve analysis, and continuous improvements for performance.
• Oversee risk management, process improvements, and systems optimization for continuity and scale.
• Develop supply chain teams, fostering accountability and cross-functional collaboration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead end-to-end Supply Chain and Operations, overseeing demand and supply planning, inventory management, warehousing, order fulfillment, and logistics performance.
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies to ensure optimal inventory availability, operational efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
• Oversee demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory optimization, and replenishment strategies to support commercial requirements.
• Drive warehouse and fulfillment performance through effective management of third-party logistics (3PL) providers and external service partners.
• Manage supplier and logistics partnerships, including contract negotiations, service performance, and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, and other cross-functional stakeholders to align demand forecasts, inventory investments, and operational priorities.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) covering forecast accuracy, inventory health, fulfillment efficiency, service levels, and operational costs.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
• At least 8-10 years of progressive experience in supply chain management and operations, including 3-5 years in a leadership capacity.
• Strong hands‑on experience in demand and supply planning, inventory management, and warehouse or fulfillment operations.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end supply chain functions, balancing inventory availability, operational capacity, service levels, and costs.
• Experience managing third‑party logistics (3PL) providers, including vendor performance, contract negotiations, and service delivery.
• Strong background in demand forecasting, inventory optimization, supply chain budgeting, and cost management.
• Experience leading managers or cross‑functional teams and driving operational improvements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with senior leadership and commercial teams.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in e‑commerce, FMCG, consumer goods, or omnichannel retail operations.
• Familiarity with major e‑commerce marketplaces, including Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
• Experience managing high‑volume order fulfillment, inventory planning, and logistics operations across multiple sales channels.
• Exposure to supply chain systems implementation, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Order Management Systems (OMS), or planning automation.
• Experience supporting new product launches, market expansion, or additional distribution channels.
• MBA, postgraduate studies, or relevant professional certifications in Supply Chain Management or Operations.
