Job summary

Lennor Group in Cavite is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to oversee daily transportation, delivery and distribution activities, ensuring timely and efficient movement of materials and projects. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or distribution, with supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of transportation planning, dispatch, fleet operations, and third-party logistics coordination.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive manual and automatic four-wheel vehicles.
• Willing to conduct field visits and work onsite in Silang, Cavite.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily transportation, dispatch, delivery, and distribution activities.

• Work closely with Warehouse, Purchasing, Operations, and other teams to support inventory movement and customer requirements.
• Monitor delivery schedules, logistics costs, vehicle utilization, and service performance.
• Ensure accurate logistics documentation and compliance with company and safety procedures.
• Prepare logistics reports, track KPIs, and recommend operational improvements.
• Conduct field visits to warehouses, customer sites, and company locations as needed.
