ADM Asia-Pacific Trading Pte. Ltd. is seeking a logistics professional to oversee shipping, delivery, and inventory control across warehouses and suppliers.

The role oversees the shipping and delivery of materials, manages the loading of trucks, setting up delivery routes and unloading of materials. The role also manages inventory and maintains communications with suppliers, warehouses, and others involved in the shipping and delivery of materials.
Manage the Outbound Logistics business process to ensure that customer orders are served and delivered within the agreed service levels
Establish collaboration and coordination with Sales and Operations Team to balance supply and demand planning in ensuring appropriate FG inventory levels and achieving sales volume targets
Oversee the warehouse operations for both internal and external and ensure that warehouse spaces are planned strategically and maximized in accordance with Food Safety, Quality and GMP/GWP standards
Maintain FG Warehouse inventory accuracy by implementing inventory management and control processes and activities
Ensure material transaction compliance for Order Fulfillment, Transportation and FG Warehouse operations is aligned to system transactions
Develop, maintain, and report on metrics for monthly reporting around logistics spend and KPIs such as weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews
Develop and implement an effective and efficient distribution of feeds from point of origin to point of destination to ensure consistent product availability and on-time delivery
Manage the dispatch and delivery operations to ensure that customer requirements are met by coordinating and implementing operational control compliance
Assist in growing the customer base by providing excellent service
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in logistics or business administration
Minimum 5 years of related experience
Microsoft Navision / Microsoft Dynamics (or at least an ERP) experience is required
Great focus in accuracy, completeness, and customer service
Analytical, independent, flexible, deadline oriented, ability to multi-task
Fluent in English and can effectively communicate
Can adapt quickly to new situations, enjoy working in a team and customer oriented
