Job summary

KH ELECTRON PHILS CORP in the Philippines is seeking a Logistics/ExportDocumentation specialist to handle import-export documentation, route assignments, and international fee calculations for each shipment. You will audit freight costs, interact with 3PL providers, and maintain contact with vendors and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.

You will review bills and invoices, ensure timely payments, organize files, and manage CDC processing permits and related documents as needed.

Responsibilities

• Fill out import-export documentation, compile carrier and route assignments, compute international fees for each shipment, and keep track of shipment payments and quotas.
• Audit freight cost and documentation
• Interact with third party logistics service providers
• Create and maintain contact with vendors and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Review bills, invoices and purchase orders
• Ensure all payments are processed in time
• Organize files both manually and electronically
• In-charge in CDC processing permit, liquidation, Loa monitoring & others documents needed
• Performs other related task that maybe assigned by her immediate superior from time to time.
