Job summary

FM Global Logistics (Phil.), Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented logistics coordinator to manage critical import documentation such as master and house bills of lading, arrival notices, invoices, and packing lists.

• Documentation management: accurately process import documents such as Master/House Bills of Lading, Arrival Notices, Commercial Invoices, and Packing Lists.
• Operational liaison: act as the primary contact between freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to ensure timely cargo release and delivery.
• Regulatory compliance: verify shipments meet local customs requirements and tariff classifications to avoid penalties or storage fees.
• Logistics coordination: track inbound shipments in real-time and provide stakeholders with ETAs, resolving transit discrepancies proactively.
