Manage overall Logistics activities for timely delivery.
Prepare delivery documents like Sales Invoices and Delivery Receipts.
Coordinate logistics staff, managing schedules and workloads.
Coordinates and supervises logistics staff, including scheduling and workload management.
Develops and implements strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs and enhance customer service.
Monitors stock levels, ensures accurate counts, and makes adjustments as needed.
Analyzes inventory reports to identify slow/fast-moving or obsolete stock.
Resolves issues related to deliveries, inventory, or other logistics processes.
Maintains effective communication with carriers, internal and external customers.
Communicates with purchasing and sales teams to forecast stock needs.
Arranges transportation of goods and manages drivers’ schedules.
