Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in a PEZA company is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall Logistics activities for timely delivery.
• Prepare delivery documents like Sales Invoices and Delivery Receipts.
• Coordinate logistics staff, managing schedules and workloads.
• Coordinates and supervises logistics staff, including scheduling and workload management.
• Develops and implements strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs and enhance customer service.
• Monitors stock levels, ensures accurate counts, and makes adjustments as needed.
• Analyzes inventory reports to identify slow/fast-moving or obsolete stock.
• Resolves issues related to deliveries, inventory, or other logistics processes.
• Maintains effective communication with carriers, internal and external customers.
• Communicates with purchasing and sales teams to forecast stock needs.
• Arranges transportation of goods and manages drivers’ schedules.

• Manages the overall Logistics activities, ensuring efficient and timely delivery
• Attends to customer concern pertaining to delivery;
• Prepares delivery documents such as Sales lnvoice. Delivery Receipts, PEZA Forms, BOC Forms, etc;
• Coordinating and supervising logistics staff, including scheduling and workload management.
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer service.
• Monitoring stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory counts, and make adjustments as needed.
• Analyze inventory reports to identify slow-moving, fast-moving, or obsolete stock
• Identifying and resolving issues related to deliveries, inventory, or other logistics processes
• Maintaining effective communication with carriers, internal and external customers
• Communicate with purchasing, and sales teams to forecast stock needs
• Arrange transportation of goods, manages driver’s schedule

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Logistics / Freight Forwarding or any related field.
