• Arrange product delivery plans ensuring on-time and safe delivery; prepare DR/Invoice/PEZA documents.
• Communicate with customers and provide timely solutions for abnormal cargo situations.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet customer requirements.
• Analyze logistics costs and propose optimization to reduce costs.
• RM purchasing—PO, delivery follow-up, and payments; manage Customer PO records/balances.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the selection and management of logistics suppliers to ensure the timeliness, accuracy, and economy of logistics services.
• Impex process and shipment follow-up with broker/forwarder.
• PEZA documents preparation and monitoring (LOA, LOI, Delivery, ECAI, GTSB, etc.).
• PEZA EZMPR report.
• Arrange product delivery plan; ensure that goods are delivered to customers on time and safely. Prepare the DR/Invoice/PEZA documents with delivery.
• Communicate with customers and provide solutions in time for abnormal situations such as cargo loss and damage during logistics processing.
• Coordinate with other departments for customer requirements (plan change, demand forecast, technical support, etc.).
• Regularly analyze logistics costs, put forward optimization suggestions, and reduce logistics costs.
• RM purchasing — PO, delivery follow-up, payment.
• Customer PO management (records, balance).
