Job summary

Amtrade International is seeking a Sales Support Officer to join the Australia/Offshore operations. You will manage purchase orders, support procurement and logistics, and ensure on-time delivery while optimizing costs and stock levels.

You'll liaise with customers and internal teams, process shipping documents, and maintain accurate records. A background in sales support, strong Excel skills, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support / customer service, especially procurement or logistics.
• Strong product costing, import documentation and invoicing knowledge.
• Excellent Excel reporting and data analysis skills.
• Hands-on with high attention to detail and strong communication.
• Ability to work in a small local team within a larger international group.

Responsibilities

• Prepare overseas costings and approvals for requisitions and amendments.
• Check costings, place overseas orders and ensure PO accuracy.
• Process shipping documents for brokers, transport providers and customers.
• Manage customer orders to ensure on-time, cost-effective deliveries.
• Reconcile inventory with third party warehouses and resolve discrepancies.
• Liaise with customers on sales and delivery matters and follow up to completion.
• Assist business groups on administrative/ commercial matters as required.
• Participate in stock-takes and ensure charges and credits are processed timely.
