Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Logistics and at least two years of experience in logistics or transport operations, plus strong Excel and communication

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics or related field.
• 2+ years experience in logistics or transport operations.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is advantageous.

Mansioni

• Supervise daily transport operations and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Manage team performance, workload and task assignments.
• Coordinate with truckers to ensure fleet availability and delivery compliance.
• Monitor trip status, TMS updates, and POD submissions.
• Coordinate with customers and internal departments to resolve operational issues.
• Monitor transportation costs, trucking rates and operational expenses.
• Prepare operational reports and monitor KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements and safety standards.
• Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely completion of deliverables.
• Escalate critical concerns to management.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
