Job summary

DHL Supply Chain Phils., Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader for our Bustos Bulacan facility. This full-time role focuses on supervising warehouse staff, coordinating daily operations, and upholding DHL standards of service.

You will lead shifts, ensure safety, and drive efficiency through process improvements, reporting KPIs, and collaboration with other departments. Fluency in English and Filipino is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leader in a warehouse or distribution setting.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with ability to motivate staff.
• Proficiency in WMS and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage warehouse team members, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety protocols, quality standards, and SOPs.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and coordinate with inventory management systems.
• Optimise warehouse workflow and productivity to meet SLAs and delivery targets.
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback on performance and improvement areas.

About the role

DHL Supply Chain Phils., Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to join our operations team at our Bustos Bulacan facility. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating warehouse staff, overseeing daily operations, and maintaining the high standards of service delivery that DHL is known for. This role is essential to our success in providing reliable supply chain solutions to our customers.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and manage warehouse team members, including scheduling, training, and performance management

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of goods

• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety protocols, quality standards, and standard operating procedures

• Monitor inventory accuracy and coordinate with inventory management systems

• Optimise warehouse workflow and productivity to meet service level agreements and delivery targets

• Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback to staff on performance and improvement areas

• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs

• Manage equipment maintenance and report any operational issues or damage

• Liaise with other departments including customer service, logistics, and management

• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics

• Handle health and safety responsibilities and ensure a safe working environment

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader, or similar leadership role in a warehouse or distribution environment

• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes

• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members

• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications

• Outstanding organisational and time management abilities

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino

• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards and best practices

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends as required

• Physical capability to perform warehouse duties and be on your feet for extended periods

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in warehouse management or logistics are preferred
