Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of warehouse operations experience
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or team leader role
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Proven expertise in WMS and inventory software
• Solid understanding of health and safety regulations in a warehouse
• Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication at all levels of the organization
• Problem-solving mindset with continuous improvement focus
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
• Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff with clear objectives and performance expectations
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Monitor inventory accuracy through stock checks and cycle counts
• Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Train and develop team members with constructive feedback
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, receipts, and quality issues
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfilment
• Monitor KPIs such as productivity, accuracy, and safety metrics
• Identify and resolve operational challenges with corrective actions
• Ensure adherence to company policies and customer requirements
