DHL Express in the Philippines is seeking a seasoned supervisor to lead daily ground and area operations, ensuring shipments move in strict compliance with DHL procedures and transit time standards. You will organize shifts, manage staffing, supervise loading and inbound/outbound handling, monitor performance, and coordinate with customers and internal teams to deliver safe, efficient service.

A Diploma or equivalent, plus certifications such as Line Trainer and IATA DG, are required along with

• Diploma or equivalent qualification required.
• Line Trainer Certification and First Aid Certification preferred.
• IATA Dangerous Goods Acceptance Certification required or welcome.
• 4–5 years of operations experience in logistics, transport, or aviation.

• Supervise daily ground and area operations to ensure shipments enter/exit per DHL standards.
• Organize shift schedules and staffing to meet service demands.
• Ensure incoming shipments are recovered, inspected, and processed efficiently.
• Manage receipt and dispatch of outbound shipments for timely uplift.
• Ensure accurate sorting, loading, and handling of shipments.
• Monitor performance and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, airlines, and internal teams.
• Maintain safe working practices and support ISO/compliance programs.
