Job Summary:

The Inventory and Logistics Officer is responsible for managing inventory accuracy, coordinating logistics, and ensuring the timely movement of goods. This role supports overall warehouse operations and helps optimize supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management
• Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels
• Conduct regular inventory counts and audits
• Record all stock movements in inventory systems
• Reconcile discrepancies and ensure proper storage and labeling
• Logistics Coordination
• Schedule and track deliveries and pickups
• Coordinate with transport service providers for timely dispatch
• Prepare and review logistics documents (DRs, waybills, etc.)
• Resolve logistics-related issues and delays
• Warehouse Operations Support
• Supervise loading, unloading, and dispatch of goods
