Job summary

Philippine Aminosan Corp in Metro Manila seeks a Logistics Officer to oversee warehousing, storage and distribution operations. You will coordinate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, manage inventory, and ensure timely shipments.

The role requires 2–3 years in logistics, knowledge of WMS and MS Office, strong organizational skills and the ability to work with diverse teams. A diploma or degree in logistics is preferred. This is a full-time position with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Proven 2–3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse or distribution.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control.
• Excellent organisational and time management with prioritisation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehousing software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with diverse teams.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Physical ability to move around the warehouse and perform duties.
• Knowledge of shipping, freight and customs procedures is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receipt, storage and dispatch of goods within the warehouse.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate warehouse records.
• Prepare shipping documents, manifests and delivery schedules.
• Liaise with transport providers and customers on delivery arrangements.
• Ensure compliance with warehousing and safety regulations.
• Optimize warehouse space and improve operational efficiency.
• Supervise warehouse staff and ensure tasks meet schedule and specs.
• Track shipments and provide status updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain detailed documentation and generate logistics reports.
