Job summary

Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting a Logistics Manager for a chemical manufacturing and industrial raw materials company. The role is based in BGC, Taguig, Philippines, reporting to the operations leadership.

The role will lead transportation, fleet and warehouse logistics, ensuring safe and cost-efficient movement of goods across sites, with regular travel to Batangas and Cavite. On-site work is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in logistics, transportation, fleet, or supply chain operations.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial chemicals, FMCG, or industrial distribution is highly preferred.
• Strong background in fleet management, transportation planning, and warehouse coordination.
• Proven experience managing third-party logistics providers and transport operations.

Job Summary:

• The Logistics Manager will lead transportation, fleet, and warehouse logistics operations supporting the distribution of industrial chemicals, home care and detergent raw materials, specialty ingredients, and other manufacturing solutions.
• This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the ground-working closely with warehouse teams, transport providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective movement of goods across multiple sites.

Qualifications:
