Job summary

Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting a Logistics Manager for a chemical manufacturing and industrial raw materials company. The role is based in BGC, Taguig, Philippines, reporting to the operations leadership.

The role will lead transportation, fleet and warehouse logistics, ensuring safe and cost-efficient movement of goods across sites, with regular travel to Batangas and Cavite. On-site work is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in logistics, transportation, fleet, or supply chain operations.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial chemicals, FMCG, or industrial distribution is highly preferred.
• Strong background in fleet management, transportation planning, and warehouse coordination.
• Proven experience managing third-party logistics providers and transport operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead transportation, fleet, and warehouse logistics operations for distribution of chemicals and raw materials.
• Work closely with warehouse teams, transport providers, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure safe, cost-efficient movement of goods across multiple sites.
