Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Logistics Manager to lead end-to-end logistics, including inventory, warehousing, transportation, and 3PL partnerships. You will drive cost-effective operations and ensure timely delivery aligned with SLAs.

The role requires a strong background in warehousing, logistics management, and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on continuous improvement and risk management. Based in Bicutan, Paranaque City, Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Management, Supply Chain Management, or related courses.
• At least five (5) years of extensive managerial warehousing, logistics, inbound/outbound, transportation, and inventory operations experience.
• Proven leadership, project management, collaboration, and third‑party management with financial acumen and audit experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end logistics operations to ensure timely, accurate, safe, and cost-effective storage and delivery of goods.
• Drive inventory optimization through innovative models and cross-functional improvements.
• Oversee warehouse strategy, network design, audits, and performance enhancements.
• Develop and manage transportation strategies, fleet deployment, routing, and modal optimization.
• Establish, manage, and improve third-party logistics (3PL) partnerships and contracts.
• Optimize logistics costs using financial analysis, forecasting, and trade-off evaluations across functions.
• Design and implement business continuity and risk management plans for logistics operations.
• Ensure efficient facilities and building management, including audits, maintenance, and operational design.
• Lead talent development, engagement, succession planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Align logistics strategies, systems, and OKRs with overall business objectives.

Job Qualifications

• Must have at least five (5) years of extensive managerial experience in warehousing and logistics (inbound and outbound) operations, transportation, and inventory operations.
• Strong leadership, project management, collaboration, and third-party management, which includes financial acumen and audit functions.
• Proven ability to drive operational improvements, cost optimization, and crossfunctional collaboration.
• Solid understanding of logistics systems, optimization models, risk management, and continuous improvement practices.
• Must be willing to work in Bicutan, Paranaque.
