Job summary

Lennor Group in the Philippines is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to oversee daily transportation, delivery, and distribution activities in Batangas (Calaca). You will supervise logistics personnel, coordinate with drivers and third‑party providers, and work with warehouse, purchasing, and operations teams to move inventory efficiently.

The role focuses on monitoring schedules, costs, vehicle utilization, and service performance while ensuring compliant logistics documentation and safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, operations management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing or distribution with supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of transportation planning, dispatch, fleet operations, and 3PL coordination.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel.

About The Role

• Coordinate with drivers, logistics personnel, and third‑party logistics providers.
• Work closely with Warehouse, Purchasing, Operations, and other teams to support inventory movement and customer requirements.
• Monitor delivery schedules, logistics costs, vehicle utilization, and service performance.
• Ensure accurate logistics documentation and compliance with company and safety procedures.
• Prepare logistics reports, track KPIs, and recommend operational improvements.
• Conduct field visits to warehouses, customer sites, and company locations as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or distribution, with supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of transportation planning, dispatch, fleet operations, and third‑party logistics coordination.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive manual and automatic four‑wheel vehicles.
• Willing to conduct field visits and work onsite in Calaca, Batangas.

Good To Have Qualifications

• Experience in chemical, manufacturing, industrial, or distribution operations.
• Experience with ERP, warehouse, or logistics management systems.
• Exposure to inventory and warehouse operations.
