Job summary

Advanced Energy is seeking a Logistics Manager for 3PL operations in the Philippines. You will oversee outsourced warehouse activities in Laguna, ensuring inventory accuracy, compliance with PEZA and trade regulations, and ongoing cost optimization.

The role requires coordination with manufacturing, planning, procurement, quality, and cross-functional teams. You will manage inbound/outbound logistics, kitting, and value-added services while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field required.
• Professional certifications such as CPIM/CSCP/CLTD or Lean Six Sigma are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, KPI reporting, and cycle counting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end 3PL warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, kitting, picking, packing, shipping, and value-added services.
• Drive inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical inventories, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis.
• Monitor aging, shelf-life, excess and obsolete inventory; implement mitigation plans.
• Optimize warehouse capacity, layout, material flow, and productivity with safety and quality in mind.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, planning, procurement, quality, finance, trade compliance, and 3PL partners.
• Travel to Cavite and other sites as needed; base in Laguna.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Logistics Manager, 3PL Operations - Philippines is responsible for managing the performance, compliance, inventory accuracy, and operational excellence of Advanced Energy’s outsourced warehouse operations in Laguna. This role oversaw inbound logistics, warehousing, inventory management, kitting, order fulfillment, outbound distribution, and value-added services while ensuring compliance with PEZA, Customs, Trade Compliance, SOX, and company policies.

Working closely with Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, Quality, Finance, Trade Compliance, and 3PL partners, the Logistics Manager drives inventory integrity, operational efficiency, cost optimization, and continuous improvement across warehouse operations.

This role will be reporting to Sr. Manager, Logistics.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Proven experience in managing end-to-end 3PL warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, kitting, picking, packing, shipping, and value-added services.
• Strong inventory management expertise with a track record of maintaining high inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical inventories, reconciliation, and root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of inventory health monitoring, including aging, shelf‑life management, and control of excess and obsolete inventory.
• Experience in optimizing warehouse capacity, layout, material flow, and productivity while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with warehouse operators, manufacturing teams, logistics providers, customs authorities, PEZA representatives, and cross‑functional partners.
• Willing to be based in Laguna and work in a fast‑paced manufacturing and supply chain environment, with periodic travel to Cavite and other operational sites as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain operations, including 3-5 years managing warehouse operations or 3PL providers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certifications such as APICS (CPIM/CSCP/CLTD), Lean Six Sigma, Customs Administration, or Logistics Certification are an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, material handling, distribution processes, and inventory control, including cycle counting and KPI management.
• Solid understanding of PEZA, Customs, Trade Compliance, bonded warehouse operations, and related regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience managing outsourced logistics providers, supporting manufacturing operations, and driving warehouse improvements, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle, with advanced Microsoft Excel, reporting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
