Job summary

A7 Recruitment Corporation is seeking a senior-level supply chain leader to drive end-to-end strategies across demand planning, procurement, and inventory allocation. You will oversee international sourcing, importation, customs clearance, and landed-cost management for a large multi-site retail/distribution network, with a focus on warehouse operations and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• At least 8 years of progressive experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or inventory management.
• At least 5 years in a senior management or department-head role.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end supply chain operations for a large multi-site retail or distribution org.
• Strong background in warehouse management, importation, customs clearance, and landed-cost management.
• Experience with ERP, WMS, and supply chain planning systems.
• Experience supporting a billion-peso business is highly preferred.
• Proven experience leading teams of 10–15 employees.
• Willingness to travel across the Visayas region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies covering demand forecasting, procurement, and inventory allocation.

• Drive inventory accuracy, product availability, and logistics efficiency while minimizing stock-outs and losses.
• Lead supplier negotiations, contract management, and supplier performance evaluation.
• Lead S&OP with cross-functional teams.
• Improve supply chain systems, dashboards, reporting, and business continuity processes.
• Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams across the supply chain function.

• Manage multiple warehouses and distribution operations supporting approximately 200 branches.

• Drive inventory accuracy, product availability, and logistics efficiency while minimizing stock-outs, overstocking, and inventory losses.

• Lead supplier negotiations, contract management, and supplier performance evaluation.

• Lead Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Improve supply chain systems, dashboards, reporting, and business continuity processes.

• Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams across the supply chain function.
