Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Clerk / Shipping Clerk based in Laguna, Philippines to execute daily shipping and outbound logistics within our 3PL network.

The role handles shipment processing, documentation, ERP transactions, and carrier coordination for materials and finished goods worldwide. The successful candidate will work with Warehouse Operations, Inventory Control, and Trade Compliance to ensure accurate, compliant and on-time shipments, with overtime as needed

• Execute shipping transactions in SAP and warehouse management systems, including shipment confirmations, inventory movements, and shipment completion transactions.
• Support inventory and shipment reconciliation activities, identify discrepancies, and coordinate resolution with the Shipping Supervisor.
• Collaborate with warehouse personnel, transportation providers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth shipping operations and customer satisfaction.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Logistics Clerk / Shipping Clerk is responsible for executing daily shipping and outbound logistics activities within Advanced Energy's Third-Party Logistics (3PL) warehouse operations. This position supports the accurate and timely shipment of raw materials, components, and finished goods to customers, suppliers, repair centers, contract manufacturers, and Advanced Energy facilities worldwide.

The role is responsible for shipment processing, shipping documentation, ERP transactions, carrier coordination, shipment tracking, and inventory movement accuracy. The Shipping Clerk works closely with Warehouse Operations, Inventory Control, Customer Service, Trade Compliance, Transportation Providers, and 3PL personnel to ensure all shipments are prepared and released accurately, compliantly, and on schedule

This role will be reporting to Sr. Manager, Logistics.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process daily shipment orders, ensuring materials are accurately picked, packed, labeled, staged, and shipped in accordance with customer requirements, shipping schedules, and carrier cut-off times.

• Coordinate closely with warehouse operations to prioritize urgent, critical, and expedited shipments while ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.

• Prepare, verify, and maintain shipping documentation and records, ensuring compliance with company, PEZA, Customs, and Trade Compliance requirements.

• Execute shipping transactions accurately within SAP and warehouse management systems, including shipment confirmations, inventory movements, and shipment completion transactions.

• Support inventory and shipment reconciliation activities, identify transaction discrepancies, and coordinate resolution with the Shipping Supervisor.

• Collaborate with warehouse personnel, transportation providers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth shipping operations and customer satisfaction.

• Willing to be based in Laguna, Philippines, within a fast-paced 3PL warehouse environment, with flexibility to render overtime as needed to meet shipment deadlines and business requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Process and coordinate daily shipment orders, ensuring materials are accurately picked, packed, labeled, staged, and shipped on time based on customer requirements and carrier schedules.

• Prioritize urgent and expedited shipments while working closely with warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

• Prepare, verify, and maintain shipping documentation and records in compliance with company, PEZA, Customs, and Trade Compliance requirements.

• Execute shipping transactions in SAP and warehouse management systems, including shipment confirmations, inventory movements, and order completion transactions.

• Support shipment and inventory reconciliation activities, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate corrective actions with the Shipping Supervisor.

• Collaborate with warehouse personnel, transportation providers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient shipping operations and customer satisfaction.

• Willing to be based in Laguna, Philippines, with flexibility to work overtime as needed to meet shipping deadlines and business requirements.
