Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking personnel to ensure warehouse receipts and order loads are accurate in quantity and quality. The role coordinates with Warehouse and Logistics to keep documentation precise and discrepancies escalated appropriately.

The person will assist in resolving internal or external customer issues and is expected to perform duties thoroughly, accurately, and completely, with strong communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Educational background: College Level or Graduate of any vocational course.
• Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications (Word/Excel).
• With good communication and coordination skills.
• Trustworthy and result-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that items received from warehouse are accurate in quantity and quality.
• Ensure that items customer orders load for delivery are in correct quantity and of good quality.
• Coordinates with Warehouse and Logistics Department.
• Ensure that items received from warehouse and dispatch for delivery are properly documented and accurate. If there is discrepancy, must endorse to immediate superior for disposition.
• Provides assistance in resolving customer issues whether internal or external.
• Perform work thoroughly, accurately and completely.
