Job summary

Advanced Energy in the Philippines seeks a Logistics Specialist to manage freight invoicing, cost accruals, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across logistics and finance. You will validate charges against contracts and coordinate with service providers and internal stakeholders.

Requires a Bachelor's in a related field, ERP experience (Oracle/SAP), and strong Excel and analytical skills in a fast-paced environment. On-site role based in Cavite, Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field.
• Experience in Accounts Payable, expense reimbursement, or shared services operations is an advantage.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and ERP systems (Oracle, SAP).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Review and process freight invoices for payment.
• Audit and encode freight costs against contracted rates.
• Generate Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for approved invoices.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on freight costs.
• Maintain service provider SOA updates and resolve invoice disputes.
• Provide backup coverage for team members.
• Assist in cost-control and cross-functional coordination.
