AIPI Acquire Intelligence Philippines Inc. Ortigas site, Pasig City is seeking a Dispatch Coordinator to manage transportation and warehousing services, handle inquiries, track orders, schedule appointments, and maintain data accuracy while ensuring information security.

The role requires excellent customer service, strong communication and organizational skills, and at least one year of back-end admin processing experience; a flexible, shifting schedule is required.

Responsibilities

• Handle broker and customer accounts, including assigning drivers to routes, directing pick-up and delivery of freight, monitoring driver locations, entering dispatch information into trucking software, finding road service for truck repairs, tracking orders and freight, transmitting information to brokers and customers, and resolving issues.
• Provide problem solutions with assigned drivers.
• Track drivers’ schedules and adjust unplanned paid time off.
• Track driver utilization to achieve target utilization levels and improve productivity.
• Oversee driver execution of assigned work.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and code of conduct.
• Create an atmosphere of trust and teamwork that values contributions of all employees.
• Work until driver issues are resolved or a proper hand-off is made.
• Monitor deliveries and pickups for service failures; proactively alert driver managers.
• Secure workstation with password-protected screensaver and log off when unattended.
• Comply with the company’s security procedures and protect confidential information.
