iSupport Worldwide invites an experienced Logistics Coordinator - Import/Export Documentation Specialist to support global supply chain operations, transportation management, and accurate documentation in a dynamic 3PL environment.
You will handle Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Certificates of Origin, track shipments with carriers and warehouses, and ensure ERP/TMS/WMS/CRM workflows run efficiently while maintaining compliance and on-time shipments.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator - Import/Export Documentation Specialist to support global supply chain operations, transportation management, shipment visibility, and import/export documentation processes within a dynamic 3PL logistics environment. This role is responsible for managing Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, shipment tracking, transportation coordination, inventory movements, and system transactions across ERP, CRM, TMS, and WMS platforms. The successful candidate will work closely with logistics providers, carriers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders to ensure documentation accuracy, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and timely shipment execution while supporting continuous process improvement initiatives, analytics reporting, and end-to-end supply chain visibility.
You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
Manage and maintain import/export documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, and other customs-related requirements.
Validate the accuracy and completeness of import/export documents before shipment processing.
Monitor and track containerized and international shipments throughout the end-to-end shipment lifecycle.
Coordinate shipment schedules, status updates, and daily transportation activities with carriers, warehouses, and logistics partners.
Process shipments through Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and perform daily system transactions.
Coordinate, manage, and perform transactions between TMS platforms and Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers.
Establish and maintain effective relationships with 3PL providers, logistics carriers, and supply chain partners.
Support global logistics and supply chain operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory movement activities.
Review and implement customer compliance requirements, shipping instructions, and routing guidelines.
Prepare and process documentation required for international shipping, import/export activities, and customs compliance.
Perform inventory transfers and maintain accurate shipment and inventory records.
Oversee transportation activities to and from warehouse locations, including reverse logistics operations.
Manage, validate, and dispute transportation-related chargebacks when necessary.
Oversee value-added service requests, rework quotations, and execution activities.
Generate operational reports, shipment analytics, and logistics performance insights.
Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance transportation, documentation, and supply chain efficiency.
Support strategic business units and internal stakeholders through effective logistics coordination and operational support.
Perform additional logistics, transportation, and supply chain projects as assigned.
Who are we looking for?
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar logistics, transportation, supply chain, import/export, or documentation-focused role.
Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in import and export documentation processing.
Experience working within a 3PL or 4PL logistics environment.
Experience creating and managing Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Certificates of Origin.
Knowledge of customs documentation requirements, import/export regulations, and international shipping processes.
Familiarity with containerized shipments, freight operations, shipment visibility, and track-and-trace processes.
Experience coordinating international shipment workflows and outbound logistics transactions.
Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
Proficiency in Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and other logistics platforms.
Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, shipment tracking, and documentation validation.
Strong understanding of transportation, warehousing, inventory management, freight, and container handling operations.
Ability to identify documentation discrepancies and prevent operational or compliance-related errors.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
