Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, logistics, shipping, transportation, or freight forwarding is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a contact person for clients regarding shipment and service concerns.
• Respond to inquiries via email, phone, and other channels.
• Relay shipment updates and operational information to customers.
• Coordinate client requests with internal teams.
• Monitor shipments and flag delays or issues to the concerned parties.
• Follow up with Operations, trucking providers, warehouses, and carriers.
