Job summary

Acestar International Service Corp. is seeking a proactive Marketing Associate to support marketing and business development activities, build and maintain client relationships, identify potential clients, present logistics services, and coordinate with internal teams.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable interfacing with clients, conducting presentations, and coordinating with Operations, Sales, and Customer Service to address client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field is preferred.
• Experience in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Client Relations, or Logistics is a plus.
• Knowledge of logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, or transportation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential clients and business prospects.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
• Conduct client visits, meetings, calls, and presentations to showcase logistics services.
• Coordinate with internal departments to provide suitable logistics solutions.
• Assist in generating leads and developing new business opportunities.
• Follow up on inquiries, proposals, quotations, and services.
• Maintain regular client communication and provide updates.
• Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, Sales and other teams to address client needs.
• Prepare marketing presentations, proposals, and client materials.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and competitors.
• Support marketing strategies and promotional activities.
• Represent the company professionally at events and meetings.
• Maintain records of client contacts, leads, and activities.
• Assist with managing social media and other marketing platforms when needed.
