Job summary

Coherent Corp. is seeking an End-to-End Logistics Coordinator to oversee the complete logistics cycle from demand planning to delivery, ensuring supply continuity and cost efficiency across global and domestic networks.

The role involves carrier and vendor management, shipping compliance, cost optimization, and KPI-driven performance reporting to management. Onsite work with cross-functional collaboration is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full logistics process from demand planning to delivery.

• Analyze freight costs and optimize modes for cost reduction.
• Develop dashboards for delivery metrics and report to management.
• Coordinate with planning, purchasing, engineering, and finance; manage exceptions.

FUNCTION

End-to-End Supply Chain Coordination: Oversee the full logistics process cycle—from demand planning and procurement support to delivery—ensuring supply continuity and cost efficiency across global and domestic networks.

Carrier and Vendor Management: Select, negotiate with, and evaluate transportation vendors and freight forwarders. Manage service-level agreements (SLAs), resolve disputes, and drive performance improvements through KPIs.

Shipping Compliance & Customs Strategy: Ensure adherence to international trade regulations, customs requirements, incoterms, and tariff classifications. Liaise with regulatory bodies to streamline clearance procedures and avoid penalties.

Cost Optimization & Freight Analysis: Analyze logistics spend, assess freight rates, and implement strategies for cost reduction (e.g., mode optimization, route planning, consolidation strategies).

Logistics Performance Metrics: Develop and maintain dashboards on delivery accuracy, transit time, damage rates, etc. Use insights to guide decision-making and report to management.

Stakeholder Communication & Risk Mitigation: Serve as a central point of contact for cross-functional teams (planning, purchasing, engineering, finance). Proactively manage exceptions, disruptions, and emergency shipments.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education: College Graduate preferable business and or IT related course

Experience: At least 1-2 years relevant work experience in Logistics, supply chain, or import/export operations.
