Qualifications

Responsibilities

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for operating, setting up, and monitoring production machines to ensure efficient and safe operation.
• Responsible for performing in-process and final inspections to verify product quality against specifications and standards.
• Responsible for identifying, documenting, and reporting defects or non-conformities during production.
• Responsible for maintaining accurate production and inspection records.
• Responsible for routine machine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating repairs when necessary.
• Lead and manage machine operations within assigned workstation to meet production targets and quality requirements.
• Lead and manage adherence to safety procedures and participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.

Education & Experience

• A college undergraduate or its equivalents with at least 1–3 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing or machine operation (functional skills). (Alternatively, a technical/vocational diploma with equivalent hands-on experience may be considered.)
