Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage warehouse receipt, storage, and dispatch.
• Process and verify shipping docs (invoices, bills of lading, delivery notes).
• Maintain inventory records and perform regular stock checks.
• Organize and file logistics admin documents.
• Assist order fulfilment and prep for delivery per customer requirements.
• Support inbound/outbound shipment coordination.
• Communicate with transport partners, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation and safety compliance.
• Perform data entry and update logistics systems.
• Assist scheduling and tracking deliveries.

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics & Admin Staff member to join Sangkutsa Food Products Inc. in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in supporting our warehouse, storage and distribution operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day logistics activities and administrative functions that keep our supply chain efficient and our operations running seamlessly. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to deliver quality food products to our customers on time and in excellent condition.

What you’ll be doing

• Coordinating and managing warehouse receipt, storage, and dispatch of food products
• Processing and verifying shipping documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, and delivery notes
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting regular stock checks
• Organising and filing administrative documents related to logistics operations
• Assisting with order fulfilment and ensuring products are prepared for delivery according to customer requirements
• Supporting the coordination of inbound and outbound shipments
• Communicating with transport partners, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries
• Maintaining warehouse cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with safety standards
• Performing data entry and updating logistics management systems
• Assisting with scheduling and tracking deliveries

What we're looking for

• College diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in logistics or supply chain management are advantageous
• Proven experience in warehouse operations, logistics coordination, or a similar administrative role within the manufacturing, transport or logistics sector
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and/or Filipino
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Physical capability to perform warehouse duties, including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods
• Knowledge of food storage and handling requirements is preferred
• Familiarity with logistics terminology and supply chain processes is beneficial
