Hiessence Consumer Goods Trading is seeking a dedicated Logistics Staff to join our warehousing and distribution team in Pasig City. This full-time role focuses on efficient delivery operations, stock handling, and coordination with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

The position requires a Senior High School graduate (or higher) with relevant logistics experience, ability to travel to various locations, and a valid driver’s license if operating a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivery, logistics, or warehousing is an advantage.
• Valid driver’s license is required if driving a company vehicle or motorcycle.

Responsibilities

• Deliver company stocks, supplies and documents to mall branches and locations.
• Load and unload items from warehouse for deliveries.
• Ensure items are complete, properly packed and secured before delivery.
• Follow delivery schedules and routes.
• Coordinate with sales associates, warehouse staff and recipients.
• Obtain signed receipts and proofs of delivery.
• Assist with stock transfers between warehouse and mall branches.
• Report missing or damaged items to supervisor.
• Maintain records of deliveries and returns.
• Keep delivery vehicle clean and in good condition.

About the role

Hiessence Consumer Goods Trading is seeking a dedicated Logistics Staff member to join our dynamic warehousing and distribution team. This is a full-time position based in Pinagbuhatan, Pasig City, Metro Manila. As Logistics Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and distribution centre, contributing directly to our ability to deliver products efficiently. This role is integral to maintaining our reputation for reliable and timely logistics services in the consumer goods sector.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver company stocks, supplies, equipment, documents, and other assigned items to designated mall branches and locations.
• Pick up and load items from the warehouse for scheduled deliveries.
• Ensure that items are complete, properly packed, and secured before delivery.
• Follow assigned delivery schedules and routes.
• Transport items safely and ensure proper handling during loading, transit, and unloading.
• Coordinate with Sales Associates, warehouse personnel, mall staff, and other recipients regarding deliveries.
• Ensure that all delivered items are properly received and acknowledged.
• Obtain and submit signed delivery receipts, acknowledgment forms, or other proof of delivery.
• Assist with stock transfers between the warehouse and mall branches.
• Report missing, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete items immediately to the supervisor.
• Maintain accurate records of completed deliveries and returned items.
• Assist with loading and unloading of stocks and supplies as needed.
• Ensure the cleanliness and proper condition of the assigned delivery vehicle or equipment, if applicable.
• Perform other delivery and logistics-related duties as assigned by management.

What we're looking for

• Senior High School graduate, college level, or college graduate.
• Previous experience in delivery, logistics, warehouse, or similar work is an advantage.
• Familiar with Metro Manila routes and mall locations.
• Physically capable of handling and transporting stocks and supplies.
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to travel to different company locations and mall branches.
• Valid driver's license is required if driving a company vehicle or motorcycle.
