Job summary

Multi Frozen Food Mart Corp is seeking a dedicated Logistic Staff to join our warehouse and distribution team in Cainta, Rizal. This full-time role supports movement, storage and dispatch of frozen products to maintain cold-chain integrity.

You will receive and inspect inventory, organise storage, pick and pack orders, and ensure accurate records while complying with health, safety and temperature-control requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse, logistics or distribution environments, preferably in food storage or frozen goods handling.
• Efficiently organise and maintain inventory for easy access and order fulfilment.
• Capable of accurate record-keeping and adherence to processes.
• Experience with temperature-controlled environments is a plus.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to use WMS or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and record incoming inventory of frozen food products.
• Organise and maintain warehouse storage with proper temperature controls.
• Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch per customer requirements.
• Load and unload vehicles ensuring product integrity and cold chain.
• Maintain accurate stock movement records and perform stock checks.
• Conduct periodic stock counts and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and food storage regulations.
• Support route planning and distribution activities as needed.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and partners to ensure smooth operations.

Job description

Multi Frozen Food Mart Corp is seeking a dedicated and organised Logistic Staff member to join our dynamic warehouse and distribution team. This is a full-time position based in Cainta, Rizal, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics operations. As Logistic Staff, you will be responsible for supporting the movement, storage and distribution of frozen food products, contributing directly to our supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction. This role is fundamental to maintaining our high standards of service and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and accurately record incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality of frozen food products
• Organise and maintain inventory in the warehouse, ensuring proper storage conditions and easy accessibility for order fulfilment
• Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch in accordance with customer requirements and company standards
• Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently, ensuring products remain at optimal temperatures throughout the process
• Maintain accurate records of stock movements, transfers and shipments using warehouse management systems
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy
• Comply with health, safety and food storage regulations, particularly regarding temperature control and hygiene standards
• Support the logistics team in optimising warehouse layouts and distribution routes
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors and distribution partners to ensure seamless operations

What we are looking for

• Proven experience working in a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment, preferably within food storage or frozen goods handling
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively
• Physical capability to perform manual handling duties, including lifting, carrying and standing for extended periods
• Attention to detail and accuracy in recording and processing information
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems and basic computer literacy
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards, or willingness to obtain relevant certifications
• Ability to work in cold storage environments comfortably
• A reliable, punctual and safety-conscious attitude
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Valid driver's license would be advantageous for product delivery support
