Responsibilities

• Plan and organize shipments based on order volume and availability.
• Track and monitor orders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Prepare and manage shipping documents (waybills, manifests, etc.).
• Coordinate with courier partners to ensure reliable delivery performance.
• Encode and maintain accurate customer and shipment data.
• Work closely with the fulfillment and Sales team to ensure smooth order processing.
• Monitor delivery issues and escalate delays or problems immediately.
• Maintain organized and updated logistics records and tracking systems.
• Prepare weekly and monthly logistics performance reports.
• Support improvements in logistics processes for better efficiency and accuracy.

About This Role

The Logistic Staff is critical to ensuring that every order reaches the customer accurately and on time.As a Logistics Associate, you are responsible for managing shipment coordination, tracking, and documentation to support smooth and efficient delivery operations.
