Job summary

Community Creators, Inc. is seeking a senior finance professional to oversee the company’s cash flow, budgeting, treasury and financial planning to support real estate operations and CTS financing transactions.

You will coordinate with Sales, Customer Care and external partners to ensure timely collections and accurate reporting. The role includes preparing forecasts, financial analyses, and budget recommendations, while maintaining compliance with Philippine accounting and tax requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate CTS financing or related treasury/finance roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead treasury and cash management activities, including daily cash position monitoring, bank transactions, fund allocation, cash forecasting, disbursements, and ensuring sufficient liquidity for payroll, suppliers, projects, and other company obligations
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, budgets, and cash flow projections, providing management with accurate financial insights and recommendations for business decisions, cost control, and profitability improvement
• Oversee accounts receivable, collections, and financial reconciliation, ensuring accurate recording of customer payments, deposits, CTS accounts, bank transactions, and other financial activities, while identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions
• Coordinate with Accounting, Sales, Treasury, Operations, banks, and external financial partners, while ensuring compliance with company policies, internal controls, and applicable Philippine accounting, taxation, and financial regulations

About the role

Manage and oversee the company's overall financial operations, including cash flow, budgeting, financial planning, treasury, and monitoring of the company's financial position to support real estate operations and projects, or handle and monitor CTS Financing transactions, including payment schedules, amortization, buyer accounts, financing documentation, receivables monitoring, and coordination with Sales and Customer Care/Collection teams to ensure accurate and timely collections.
