Private Advertiser is seeking a Treasury Supervisor to oversee daily cash flow, treasury operations, and reporting from its Manila office. The role includes supervising a team, coordinating with banks and FMAS, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures in a hybrid setup.

We are looking for a Treasury Supervisor to oversee daily treasury and cash flow operations, ensure accurate payment processing and financial reporting, and support compliance with company policies and procedures.
The role will also provide team supervision, client coordination, bank coordination, and process improvement support, making it ideal for an experienced treasury or finance professional who is ready to take on a supervisory role.
Oversee daily cash flow and treasury operations.
Monitor outstanding checks and ensure timely follow-up.
Validate payments and related financial transactions.
Prepare fund transfer requests and ensure proper documentation.
Generate collection and treasury-related reports.
Ensure accurate posting of treasury transactions.
Investigate and resolve exceptions and related concerns.
Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed.
Coordinate with FMAS and partner banks regarding treasury transactions.
Manage and supervise home office personnel.
Monitor team performance and support employee development.
Assist with client interactions and finance-related concerns.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and controls.
Handle USD petty cash disbursements, including proper documentation and audit support.
Support financial analysis, reporting, and other treasury-related initiatives as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
CPA license is preferred.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in treasury operations, payment validation, fund monitoring, and financial reporting.
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
Good business communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and analytical.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel.
Knowledge or experience in Life Insurance Operations is an advantage.
Knowledge of Project Management is an advantage.
Familiarity with Statistical and Financial Analysis Tools and Modeling is an advantage.
Strong ability to handle confidential financial information and ensure accuracy in treasury transactions.
