Job summary

Havitas Properties Inc. is seeking a seasoned finance professional to oversee accounting and treasury operations in the Philippines.

You will ensure timely financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders, and government bodies, while driving process improvements and a robust internal control framework. The ideal candidate has a CPA, a bachelor's degree in accounting, and at least five years of relevant experience, preferably in real estate, with strong analytical and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is required.
• CPA certification is required or in progress.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting and treasury experience, preferably in real estate.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
