Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in customer service or banking operations, ideally in credit/loans services.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Filipino.
• Proficiency with banking software and loan management systems.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and records.

Key responsibilities

• Processing loan applications and verifying customer documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Assisting customers with loan inquiries, account updates, and service requests in a professional and courteous manner
• Preparing and maintaining loan files, ensuring all required documents are properly filed and easily accessible
• Coordinating with credit assessment teams to facilitate timely loan approvals and disbursements
• Managing loan payment records and assisting customers with payment arrangements and outstanding balance inquiries
• Following up on loan-related concerns and escalating issues to senior staff when necessary
• Ensuring compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, and documentation standards
• Performing data entry tasks accurately and maintaining organised records within the lending system
• Supporting the loans department with general administrative duties and special projects as assigned

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field is preferred
• Proven experience in a customer service or banking operations role, ideally within credit or loans services
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino
