• Responsible for the timely screening and processing of endorsed leads of the assigned branch, as well as regularly monitoring pending accounts to support sales objectives
• Maintain a strong knowledge of all loan products and their requirements.
• Deliver excellent customer service to the clients.
• Coordinates with other departments to ensure a smooth process until loan release.
• Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
  
  

Duties And Responsibilities

• Assist clients throughout the loan application process, ensuring accurate and complete documentation.

Key Requirements

• Willing to train in Ortigas, Pasig, for two (2) weeks (hotel, food, and travel expenses will be covered by the company).
• 1-2 Years of Experience or Graduate of any 4-year business-related course,relevant experience in banking and finance.
• Process-oriented and technology-inclined, organized, and can work in a fast-paced environment.
• Can communicate confidently—both written and verbal, able liaise in all department and stakeholders.
