Job summary

City Savings Bank in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila seeks a dedicated Loans Service Associate to join our lending operations team. This full-time role focuses on processing loan applications, verifying documents, and delivering excellent customer support throughout the loan lifecycle.

You will coordinate with credit assessment, maintain loan files, ensure regulatory compliance, perform data entry, and provide general admin support to the loans department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in customer service or banking operations, ideally in credit/loans services.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Filipino.
• Proficiency with banking software and loan management systems.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and records.

Responsibilities

• Process loan applications and verify customer documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist customers with loan inquiries, account updates, and service requests.
• Prepare and maintain loan files; ensure documents are properly filed and accessible.
• Coordinate with credit assessment teams to facilitate timely approvals and disbursements.
• Manage loan payment records and assist with payment arrangements and balance inquiries.
• Follow up on loan-related concerns; escalate issues when needed.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
