• Customer Service: Acting as the primary point of contact for borrowers, answering queries, and guiding them through the application process.
• Document Management: Preparing, organizing, and tracking loan documents, ensuring signatures and paperwork are secured.
• Sales & Relationship Management: Promoting banking products (e.g., housing or personal loans) and building client relationships to generate new business.
• Loan Servicing: Monitoring payments, assisting in collections, and ensuring accurate, detailed records are maintained.
