Northpoint Development Bank, Inc. (Laguna) is seeking a Loan Processing professional to assist customers with loan applications across microfinance, business, small business, and multi-purpose loans, guiding them through the entire process.

The role includes evaluating documents for accuracy and compliance, marketing bank products through various channels, and serving as a liaison to communicate loan statuses and requirements to clients, with cross-selling to hit branch targets.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with loan applications across microfinance, business, small business, and multi-purpose loans.
• Evaluate loan applications and documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with lending policies and regulations.
• Market bank products and services through leaflets, point-of-sale displays, lectures, telemarketing, and online channels.
• Act as a liaison between the client and the bank, communicating loan statuses, requirements, and updates.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell or endorse other banking products and services.
• Work proactively to meet or exceed loan production and growth targets.

Job description

• Loan Processing: Assist customers with their loan applications (e.g., microfinance, business, small business, and multi-purpose loans) and provide guidance throughout the entire application process.

• Document Evaluation: Evaluate loan applications and documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with the bank's lending policies and government regulations.

• Marketing: Intensifies the popularity and appeal of the Bank's products and services to the customers by administering field-base promotional techniques such as leafleting point-of-sale displays, public lectures, telemarketing, and online marketing.

• Client Communication: Act as a liaison between the client and the bank, communicating loan statuses, requirements, and updates.

• Sales and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell or endorse other banking products and services.

• Targets and Quotas: Work proactively to meet or exceed individual and branch loan production and growth targets.
