Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the loan application process and required documentation.
• Address inquiries, objections, and financial concerns professionally.
• Follow up with leads to answer questions and close loan applications.
• Highlight loan benefits such as competitive rates, flexible terms, and fast approvals.
• Send application forms and product details via email or text.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow-ups in the CRM system.
