Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales, business development, lending, banking, real estate financing, or related fields.
• With supervisory or managerial experience in sales operations, product management, or business development.
• Experience in real estate loans, mortgage financing, or developer and broker relations is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, sales management, negotiation, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple teams and business priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork, branch visits, and partner engagements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive Real Estate Loan growth, profitability, and market expansion.
• Lead, manage, and monitor regional sales teams to achieve business targets.
• Build and strengthen partnerships with developers, brokers, institutions, and referral partners.
• Monitor sales performance, loan applications, approvals, releases, and conversion rates.
• Identify new business opportunities, sales channels, and market segments.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient loan processing and customer service.
• Analyze market trends, sales performance, and profitability to recommend business improvements.
• Prepare business reports and present strategic recommendations to management.
