Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and coordination skills.
• Experience in sales, business development, account management, or partner relations is required.
• Experience in financing, lending, banking, or collateral-based loans is an advantage.
• Experience handling dealers, brokers, agents, or referral partners is preferred.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork, partner visits, and business development activities.
• Results-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple partners and referrals.
• Ability to work across branches and sales teams to drive timely processing and collaboration.
• Proven track record in building and maintaining partner networks.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and accredit new loan consultants, dealers, brokers, and referral partners.
• Conduct partner onboarding, product orientations, and field visits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners to drive lead generation.
• Monitor partner productivity, referral pipelines, and loan conversion rates.
• Coordinate with branches and sales teams to ensure timely processing of referred accounts.
• Assist in resolving partner concerns and account processing issues.
• Prepare partner performance reports and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, documentation requirements, and referral procedures.
