Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in sales, business development, partner management, or related function.
• 2–3 years of supervisory or managerial experience leading sales teams or partner networks.
• Experience in financing, lending, or financial services is an advantage; dealer/broker/Loan Consultant networks experience preferred.
• Strong relationship-building, business development, sales planning, negotiation, account management, analytical, communication, presentation, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop, manage, expand, onboard, activate, and accredit Loan Consultants, dealers, brokers, referral agents, and other external partners handling collateral-based accounts.
• Strengthen partner relationships and monitor lead generation, endorsed accounts, conversions, approvals, releases, productivity, compliance, and overall contribution to sales targets.
• Review partner pipelines, pending requirements, account status, commission structures, incentive guidelines, and payout processing, and recommend activation, retention, improvement, or disengagement actions.
• Coordinate with Product Heads, branches, Credit, Loans Documentation, Marketing, and other teams to support lead handling, account conversion, campaigns, partner tools, and market-intelligence gathering.
• Lead and coach the LC Relations Supervisor, prepare performance reports and recommendations, represent the company in partner engagements, and address escalation processing, documentation, compliance, or high-risk concerns.
