Job summary

BPI DIRECT BANKO, INC. A SAVINGS BANK seeks a Loan Associate to drive loan origination and maintain a high-quality loan portfolio. The role also supports relationship management and account servicing to ensure ongoing portfolio health.

You will identify and cultivate loan accounts within the assigned area, gather required documents, assess funding structures, and monitor accounts to sustain policy compliance and portfolio performance.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a 4-year degree in business-related disciplines such as Finance, Management or Economics.
• Sales experience is preferred; fresh graduates with strong sales acumen are welcome.
• Familiarity with the branch community, main markets, target segments, and local networks.

Responsibilities

• Identifies, solicits and maintains desirable loan accounts in the assigned area.
• Implements identified marketing strategies to achieve loan origination targets.
• Gathers, assesses and validates loan documentary requirements and salient business information for credit evaluation.
• Assesses the most appropriate funding structure and utilization for clients.
• Implements proactive account monitoring and servicing to maintain loan portfolio quality.
• Provides inputs for improving lending policies and guidelines.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by the supervising Business Manager of the Financial Inclusion and Microfinance Solutions Group.
