Job summary

BPI Direct Banko, Inc. A Savings Bank is seeking a Loan Associate to drive loan origination and maintain high portfolio quality through active relationship management and meticulous document handling.

The role requires field-based work (about 95%), solid sales acumen, and familiarity with local markets. You will solicit loan accounts, assess client needs, and support credit evaluation while aligning with banking policies.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in business-related disciplines required.
• Sales experience preferred or fresh graduates with sales acumen.
• Familiar with local community markets and networks.
• Willing to do field work (95% of the time).

Responsibilities

• Identify, solicit and maintain desirable loan accounts in the assigned area.
• Implement marketing strategies to achieve loan origination targets.
• Gather, assess and validate loan documentary requirements and information for credit evaluation.
• Assess funding structures suitable to clients' needs.
• Proactively monitor and service accounts to maintain loan portfolio quality.
• Suggest improvements to lending policies and guidelines.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervising Business Manager.
