NightOwl Consulting Philippines Inc. is seeking a Loan Officer Assistant to support loan officers during the loan application and approval process. The role involves helping clients complete applications, collecting income verifications, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Strong communication and attention to detail are essential. Based in the Operations department, this position offers above-market compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Assist customers in completing loan applications and gather documents such as income verification, tax returns, bank statements, and credit reports.
• Review loan applications for completeness and accuracy and conduct preliminary assessments of creditworthiness.
• Organize and maintain loan files, track statuses, and prepare documents for underwriting.
• Communicate with customers, lenders, and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
• Assist loan officers in processing by gathering documents and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Review lender conditions with LO and gather items from clients.
• Track the loan process from submission to closing and meet deadlines.
• Update pipeline dates and act as a hub for team communication.
• Manage database records and loan file organization.
• Request borrower-related conditions on approval and coordinate with third parties.
• Responsible for Blend notifications and managing lead/preapproval pipelines.
• Assist processing team with orders, LoanBeam, Fastrack submissions, and file scrubs.
