Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics planning, supply chain coordination, or road transport operations.
• Experience with route planning, fleet optimisation, and transportation management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data analysis and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of logistics software systems and ERP platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities across departments.
• Proven track record of process improvements and operational efficiency.
• Understanding of transportation regulations and compliance in the Philippines.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Preference for beverage or FMCG industry experience.

As Logistics Planner Senior Associate, you will be responsible for developing and executing logistics strategies that ensure efficient product movement whilst maintaining cost-effectiveness and service quality. This role is integral to supporting our business objectives and directly impacts the reliability of our distribution operations across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Planning and optimising logistics routes and delivery schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective product distribution
• Coordinating with warehouse, transportation, and fleet management teams to streamline operations and resolve logistical challenges
• Analysing transportation data and metrics to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost reductions
• Managing inventory levels in collaboration with supply chain partners to balance stock availability with operational costs
• Liaising with customers and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and adjust logistics plans accordingly
• Monitoring vehicle fleet utilisation and recommending optimisations to maximise capacity and reduce wastage
• Preparing logistics reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards for senior management review

What we're looking for
