Job summary

ADSIA Logistics Inc. in Mandaue City, Cebu, is seeking an experienced Load Planner/Team Lead to optimize load planning operations and lead a warehouse and logistics team.

You will focus on maximizing vehicle utilization, reducing costs and ensuring on-time deliveries while maintaining safety, regulatory compliance and service excellence across our distribution network.

This full-time role reports to senior management and offers growth opportunities within a dynamic logistics environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in load planning, warehouse ops or logistics management
• Proven team leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of load optimization and capacity management
• Experience with WMS and TMS systems
• Analytical, problem-solving and decision-making under pressure
• Knowledge of shipping regulations and safety standards
• Diploma or Bachelor's in Logistics or Supply Chain (preferred)
• Experience with cost analysis and budgeting (desirable)

Responsibilities

• Plan and optimise outbound loads maximizing vehicle utilisation while meeting safety rules
• Coordinate with warehouse, sales and customer service to prioritise shipments
• Lead and supervise warehousing and logistics staff; provide coaching
• Monitor load efficiency metrics; identify cost reduction opportunities
• Prepare delivery documentation and maintain records
• Coordinate with transport teams on routes and handling instructions
• Resolve load-planning and scheduling issues
• Ensure policy, health & safety compliance
• Develop load planning strategies aligned with company goals
• Lead regular team meetings and cross-functional communication
